Assembly

The installation of the Zwift Cog & Click Upgrade Kits is straightforward. First, disconnect the smart trainer from the power and remove the existing freehub body, including the cassette, from the trainer. Then slide the pre-assembled Zwift Cog together with the freehub body onto the trainer axle and rotate slightly until it snaps into place. Fit the supplied spacer rings and the axle adapter according to the instructions and fasten them again. The Zwift Click Controller is mounted within easy reach on the handlebars using the supplied mounts and rubber bands and connects wirelessly to Zwift. After that, virtual shifting via the Click Controller is available.
